Where can I see the status of the samples I have submitted?

 You can follow the status in real time on the "Pending Samples" page in the portal, or see an overview on the dashboard under "Registered Samples" and the status column

Lab Not Received = You have registered the sample, but we have not yet scanned it at our reception
Being Analysed = The sample is being analysed
