Login and home screen

In a browser, enter https://access.ilum.no where you will be given the option to log in.


If you already have an account, enter your username and password, then press "Login".
For users of Microsoft SSO (Single Sign-On), it is important that Invicta has registered the same email address as your Microsoft account

If you have forgotten your password, choose "Forgot Password", or if you have neither, choose "Register here" to have a new account created.


 Home screen/Dashboard

When you log in, this is the first screen you see. Here you have 4 panels with different information and a menu bar at the top. The red numbers on each panel are explained below:

  1. Menu bar - For navigating the system
  2. Web Samples Status - Samples that have been registered and where they are in the process
  3. Overdue Components - Sampling points that are overdue for sampling
  4. Graphical overview of the past year's samples and their status
  5. 20 Last Samples - The last 20 samples that have been reported

Here you can pre-register samples that are overdue (3) by pressing "Add To Sample Registration". You can also view previous history for overdue units by pressing "View".

In panel 5 you can quickly and easily see an overview of the last 20 samples that have been analysed and reported. Pressing "View" here takes you to the sample information, where you can download a copy of the report.
