I get the message No Dymo printer is installed?

What: Popup when you try to print a label

Cause 1: You do not actually have a Dymo printer

Cause 2: Dymo Connect (DCS) needs to be updated or installed

Cause 3: Dymo Label Web Service is not running

Solution: Purchase and install a Dymo label printer. Install the Dymo Connect (DCS) software

The service supports all Dymo desktop printers (not handheld models). The service does not support label printers from other manufacturers.

Open Dymo Connect -> Help -> Check for updates

If an update is downloaded, you should restart the PC after installation

Windows:

After the correct version is running, make sure that the Dymo Label Web Service is running (this should happen automatically - it is included with DCS). It handles requests from the browser to the printer.

Web Service available in the system tray

ILUM Access:

On the Sample Registration page, at the bottom, you will see the browser's status regarding the Dymo printer.

This example shows correct communication between DCS/Web Service and ILUM Access. If either of the two lines says No, see above for solutions
